Frequently Asked Questions

Can our school be a part of a consortium? Nearly any school can participate in C-Global-E.  Schools should have the ability to provide some of the curriculum and instruction in one of the eight 3-credit courses. The schools should have some flexibility with respect to the specific students involved, especially regarding students’ academic programming requirements. Member schools should also have some existing international study funding available for students and faculty in order to alleviate these initial potential costs. A few schools will be counted on to provide online classrooms, technical support for same, and some expertise in international student logistics like visa and other travel details. Frankly, schools can provide direct or indirect support in any area in which they feel strong or areas that would not generate incremental costs. However, when all is said and done, schools will be able to join a consortium with very little incremental cost or activity.
