Brief Biography of Dr. Fredrick R. Snow

Fred and Gloria Snow

In education, I have served as University President, Vice President, Dean, and Tenured Faculty.

In industry, I have served as a President/CEO, General Manager, Controller, and Certified Public Accountant 

I hold a BA in Accounting and Spanish Language from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Penn State University, and a Ph.D. in International Economics from Kent State University in Ohio.

I have traveled extensively in business and educational pursuits. My passion for developing an international citizenry slowly built over my education and travels and then strengthened during my ten-year experience at Norwich University (Vermont, USA), a school whose mission is to develop capable citizens for the USA. The possible extension of their mission to international citizenry intrigued me.  Personally, I have felt the frustration of viewing a chaotic international scene, one where lack of cooperation on all levels is stymieing human progress and creating divergence in a world that so desperately needs to converge.

I am currently acting as a full-time consultant in education in the areas of distance learning, international education, advancement, marketing, and finance. But I am devoting my long-term professional career to the development of the international citizenry programming.
